The Happy Lifts Guide to Happy Lifting is a structured 3-month weightlifting program designed to take you from feeling lost in the gym to lifting with confidence. Whether you’re a total beginner or someone looking for more guidance, this program covers everything you need to know—from fundamental movement patterns and proper form to building strength, tracking progress, and lifting independently. 12 Weeks, 36 Sessions, you’ll gain the knowledge, technique, and mindset to make lifting an enjoyable, lifelong habit.

The Happy Lifts Monthly Program is the same our in-person strength training program designed to help you build strength and confidence while training in a supportive, uplifting community. With structured workouts and a focus on progressive strength development, this program makes lifting fun, effective, and accessible for all experience levels. Each month, we follow a structured plan to help you master key lifts, improve technique, and track your progress. If you've ever wanted to get strong while surrounded by a group of like-minded women who encourage and support each other, this is the program for you.
